The Utah Community Health Worker Association (UCHWA) is an organization that was developed to serve the needs & empower the CHW workforce by supporting, organizing and promoting their work at a statewide level. We recognize the role of Community Health Workers as an integral part of the future of public health and healthcare in Utah  and strive to unify the workforce by advocating for health equity, access and opportunity for all communities.
