This resource from the State of Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) provides important Medicaid information and guidance regarding upcoming Medicaid changes that will take effect this Fall. The toolkit includes information intended to support staff, partners, and community members in understanding policy updates, eligibility impacts, and available resources related to Medicaid members with unverified tribal status.
The COVID Community Partnership (CCP) project was established in May 2020 by the Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Office of Health Equity (OHE) in response to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic in Utah, and the disproportionate burden it placed on racial and ethnic minority communities.
